Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) is a congenital malformation characterized by obesity, retinitis pigmentosa, polydactyly, mental retardation, hypogonadism and kidney involvement, mainly diabetes insipidus. We reported a case of BBS with diabetes insipidus that showed dramatic response to indomethacin. Response to Indomethacin suggested a role by prostaglandins as a pathogenetic factor.
